1998 Diamondback Outlook MTB Steel Bike Frame 19"/Large Hardtail 26”
COLLECTIBLE
Besides the near-mint condition, new high-quality tires, ergonomic seat, and ergonomic cork grips, what really makes this bike worth owning is the steel frame. Steel frames transfer less vibration than aluminum for a noticeably smoother ride.
The tire combo splits the difference between riding on pavement and riding on dirt.
There are a few very small nicks and one sticker is peeling. The grips, ergo seat, tires, and tool bag upgrades cost me approximately $200. The Japan-made brass bell is not included (yours for $25).
