This is a unique kids racing bike for anyone aged 7-10

Bike is from the UK where kids racing is very popular. Brand is HUP CC and is built specifically for youngsters trying to get into racing. It comes with a single chainring so they only have one lever to worry about. The bike will take full size 700c wheels unlike other kids bikes

Wheels are Fulcrum 50mm carbon race wheels 700c with brand new Pirelli race tires. A big advantage over other kids bikes that have either 24 or 650 size wheels. CarbonWheel set alone costs over $2K.
