I have a small office downtown Huntington Beach directly on Main Street about 4 blocks up from the Pier. The office is approximately 20 x 15 with a private bathroom and a sliding glass door that can be used for fresh air. The unit has a wall heater which can be used during cool winter days as well.

I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and reliable who would like to sublease the space from me on a month to month agreement. (I am looking for someone who would like to stay at least 12 months or more - but I am happy to do a month to month agreement if that is preferred).

The rental cost does not include electricity which will be an additional $50 per month and WIRELESS INTERNET for an additional $50 (if needed).

This space will be yours to do as you please as long as it is a suitable use :)
We are very picky on who we sublease to - so the right person is the most important thing to me.
