These are brand new, factory-sealed black paper tubes from "The Paper Tube Company." I have 3 boxes left, and they're perfect for packaging, gifts, product storage, party favors, or any project where you want a clean, professional presentation. Just add your own labels or branding! I purchased these for my business and these were left over, so I'm hoping someone else can put them to good use.
