We got this new for our son.
It was only slightly used before we stopped using it and stored it inside the garage.
It has two (2) seats and cushions. However, one (1) cushion was never used and remains in its original plastic.
It's well made. It has a flexible canopy, a storage bag and integrated cup holders and seatbelts.
On radioflyer.com, I don't see our exact model. Comparable models with a canopy start at $119.95.
