If you push a button on the side of the mask, it has ten different sayings, like; "This is going to be epic!", "Ninja vanish", "Stealthy is my middle name", "Dude, Chill", etc. When you push that same button, the eyes light up. There is Velcro at the shoulders. It was for the shell, which was a flat piece of fabric. That does not come with the costume and can be easily made or substitute a cape.
