Studio Space with live room and Control room (West Anaheim)

we are renting out our studio space. it comes with a control room (roughly 12x12 in size), vocal booth (4x6) and open live room space roughly (18x17) all three have studio windows (Engineer can see through to the vocal booth and the live room).
Lightly treated. This studio is located in a bigger studio building with other rehearsal and lockout rooms. No time limits on when you can be recording and making noise. Unfortunately this is only a work space, no living allowed.
It is in Anaheim right off the 5 freeway.
$2.3K a month, Must provide first and last month deposit. This will be on a month to month trial for 3 months but we are ultimately looking for a 6 month-1 Year commitment.
Currently is used as a recording space and rehearsal space, and the person who has is is moving out of the country so we need to find another creative that can use the space!
