Stunning pair of huge 94” high antique Chinese wood carved and hand painted doors or a room dividers.


Each door is double sided with a similar but different painted panels. Each side consists a combination of one large intricately carved and gilded panel, plus five beautifully painted lacquered panels.

The carved panels depict the Phoenix bird surround by flowers and bugs.

Tai Chi Performances at the Royal palace and the small with flowers, birds and vases.

This is an incredible, very heavy, one-of-a-kind, pair of antique wood carved and painted doors originate from China and I couldn’t even imagine which Palace the belonged.

The intricate carvings, unique paintings and huge size make them a stunning addition to any collection or as standalone decorative pieces. The are made of high-quality wood and have been expertly crafted to showcase the beauty of Chinese art and culture.
