A vibrant, impressionistic landscape scene of farm houses in Southern California’s San Luis Obispo. The foreground features a lush green meadow with visible brushstrokes, suggesting tall grasses. Two tall, dark green trees stand prominently on the left side, contrasting with the bright field and framing the sunny view beyond.
The middle ground includes a cluster of white farm houses nestled among trees, some of which have autumnal yellow and orange foliage. A fence line runs horizontally across the field.
Rolling green hills and a prominent rocky peak dominate the background.
The sky is a gradient of pale yellow and light blue. Two small birds can be seen flying in the sky above the hills.
The painting uses a bold color palette and thick application of paint (impasto), characteristic of the Impressionist or Post-Impressionist style.
The painting is housed in a simple, silver toned wood frame.
This work was certainly painted from Real life
