A traditional Scholar's brush stand in a dark rich solid rosewood with elaborate carvings and finished with a smooth coating of varnish.
This stand has pegs on both sides to hold brushes.

A solid wood base with a small draw in the base.
It was hand made with tenon and mortise joints which is the traditional furniture construction technique in China. No nails have been used in this stunning piece
