Great late 1800s , early 1900s tabacco leaf trimmer from the R.J. Reynolds tabacco company. Cast iron with black paint and you can still see the original gold and red pinstripes as well.

Works smoothly still and would make a great vintage industrial/turn of the century or tabacco industry collectible piece.
