Rare hat cleaning motor from 1913, SPECIAL HAT CLEANING MOTOR on the tag along with 1913 Model along with THE HERMES SHOE POLISH CO as well. Comes just as shown, do not have the hat holder or pieces that would attach to the motor to hold the hats. Cord is in frayed condition as shown and instead of a typical household plug it was made to screw into a light fixture socket.

And yes, the motor still works ! (Have to be careful with cord in condition it is of course)

Measures about 12 1/2" tall and is all steel
