Rare pair of Late Ming Dynasty bell shape cups, decorated with typical longevity pattern of Jiajing period, i.e., deer and crane metaphor the longevity in Chinese convention. Diameter 8 cm. No mark at bottom. The diffuse qinghua cobalt blue pigment is typical late Ming period Hui-Qing.
In excellent condition, one carries very very minor chip at the rim as shown in the photo.
