Hello I have a Duramax Insulated Flat Roof Sheds that are 13.5ft x 10.5ft in length and width. Both in great conditions and can be used like offices/loft/gym or storage purposes. I have already sold One of Them so Only One Left! Any questions or if interested in buying it, the price is $3200 cash flat! The shed will already be disassembled and ready to be picked up. Any 8ft truck will haul it, just make sure you bring someone to help you load into your truck. I have the manual pdf for it and all parts are there labeled to make it easier to rebuild at your household/ backyard area.
They will include all extra materials I put inside like the shelfs, flip up desk, ac unit and except the flooring because once they are disassembled the flooring is tossed as it no longer will work, but it comes with a metal base and super easy to install wood plank or flooring of your choice. Also keep in mind that mine did have outlets, which you can have the boxes for, just you will have to hire your own electrician or contractor to reinstall them or run electrical thru it, unless you don’t mind using an extension then no need for it. I will attach a Amazon link so you can see all their specs and how much they regularly go for, as they are really good metal sheds , fire proof too and really sturdy, I had both for about 3 years and never had any issues and you can use them as you please.
