Problem: Your Kangen water machine does a short periodic auto clean as you use it. But that’s not enough especially in hard water areas. The company recommends manual cleaning every two weeks! Not many do this. I clean mine maybe every 1-2 months or longer! Knowing no one cleans their unit accordingly, the company also wants you to send it in for deep cleaning once a year to reduce the possibility of bacteria and mold for $50 plus shipping. ETA 1 week or longer. What a hassle!
Solution: I invested in a deep cleaning system and can pick up your machine (uninstall), deep clean it, and return it (reinstall) in 1-2 biz days for $70 (10 mile radius from Laguna Hills, call for outside this radius, machine only).
