The total rent is $3440/month so I'll be paying $2140/month and you will be paying $1300/month plus $100 a month in utilities. My rent also gets me the assigned parking spot on the 4th floor of the garage. Your parking will be in the "unassigned" sports in the basement or on the room of the parking structure. If you decide to move in, you will need to apply and be approved through the apartment management company.
I'm a 36 y/o South Asian with stable employment. I would prefer to live with someone who is clean, respectful, has good communication skills, and is able to pay the rent comfortably on the 1st of the month.
