Country Hills Apartment Homes is a pet friendly community!
We welcome both cats and dogs under 35 Lbs.
$500 pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent per cat.
$500 pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent per dog.
Maximum of two pets per apartment home.

Income Requirements:
Meet or exceed 2.7 times the rent. Proof of income must be provided within 48-hours of application
Acceptable employment verification may include:
• Two current, consecutive pay stubs. (From a current employer)
• Most recent W2 (if older than 6 months, must provide a secondary proof of income)
• Certified verification of income from a company accountant or bank
• Government income documents detailing benefits (such as social security, welfare, disability, etc.)
• Bank assets totaling the rental amount multiplied by 12 then multiplied by the rent-to-income ratio
• Two current bank statements reflecting consistent deposits of income equal to or greater than the rental amount multiplied by the required rent-to-income ratio (Parental support may not be included unless shown through bank statements)
• Retirement or investment income
• Court-ordered income (such as child or spousal support)
