Our services include accounting, sales, invoicing, payroll etc.
Starting with about 15-20 hours a week, the work would include:
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Code Expenses
- Allocate Income
- Prepare Sales, Expense, Trial P+Ls, and CPA Reports for outside tax preparation
- Catch up on past due bookkeeping
REQUIRED: 2 Years minimum experience in related field of accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting
MUST HAVE DIRECT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE ACCOUNTING, CLOUD ACCOUNTING in general, QuickBooks and/or Wave Apps in particular.
Reliable transportation to the assignment locations in Northern, Central, West & Southern Orange County primarily.
