Small office is seeking to fill a role for bookkeeper and executive assistant. Candidate should be a quick learner, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Casual office environment located near Orange County Airport.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Processes
-Assist in Payroll / HR Personnel Matters
-Filing company documents and maintain an orderly filing system
-Make appointments and maintain calendars
-Provide administrative assistance to management team
-Perform other office tasks
-Other responsibilities and special projects on an as-needed basis
-At least 4-5 years of accounting/bookkeeping
-At least 10 years of office experience
-Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Ability to work effectively independently and with minimum supervision
-Attention to detail & accuracy is critical
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
