Position Overview:
Growing professional services company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This position may be full-time or part-time and will be based in our South Orange County office, with some scheduling flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
Reconcile accounts and manage monthly close process
Assist with financial reporting and cash flow tracking
Coordinate with outside CPA as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with multiple accounting platforms (not limited to QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative problem-solver with a cooperative, team-oriented attitude
