Full-time position will be offered paid holidays after probation.
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions.
Responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of company's financial recordkeeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
Prepare financial statements, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Working with administration on financial projects, and other projects as requested.
Assisting other departments in creating reports and analysis as needed.
Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent
2 years Full-charge bookkeeping experience.
Working knowledge of computers and willingness to learn/adapt to new systems as deemed appropriate.
High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access (Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or newer).
Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or other accounting software.
Strong data entry/10-key skills.
Conscientious, reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
Possess the ability to maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work well independently and as a team member in an organized manner.
