I'm looking for a place near the UCI campus. I don't require too much, just place for me to sleep and rent of 650$/month or lower.

My current place is the upstairs portion of a duplex. You will be sharing the room with one other guy. There are 3 other guys total in the duplex. The roommates are clean, respectable, and friendly. All of them go to UCI, so you'll be able to carpool with them if you go there as well. Also, there is a UCI shuttle stop very close to the place (24th street), check out the UCI shuttle map for the Newport route. To get to UCI driving takes about 15 minutes, the shuttle takes 30 minutes. Also, some of the people living downstairs go to OCC, you may be able to carpool with them if you go there as well.

-House contains a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and trash compactor.
-Fully furnished
-Access to a balcony with an amazing view of the peninsula/beach.
-Walking distance from beach (look up 24th street on google maps)
-House is clean and of high quality.
-Access to the roof which has an amazing view the beach/peninsula. There also a table, chairs, and BBQ grill on the roof.

The rent is 680/month but I'm willing to negotiate down to 660$/Month.

The lease starts ASAP and ends 6-12-2010.
