Thats all they look for, credit score is not checked, the don't check off of a fico. No rental history is fine also, no credit history is fine too, we make up for that as we are judged as a group.

I am culinary trained, i went to school for it and was a chef, my roommate bakes as a hobby, so in other words there is always food around. My specialty is Italian.. We will often chill at night after work, have a beer and watch a flick, standard guy stuff.. Nothing to dramatic, we are looking for someone to share the house with, not to just rent a room, all areas of this place are yours for the using.. except my room :) No college style furniture here, all grown up stuff..

Apt is freeway close, 22/5/55 And is smack dab in the center of OC, Safe standard Orange community, Complex and area is mostly inhabited by College kids so its very nice but laid back. We are 3-4 blocks from Chapman University

Complex features: 2 large pools, gym, club house, gated access, security, and a staff of quite a few so things are taken care of fairly fast.

Oh yeah we have a kitty, her name is Maggie, she is the runt of the litter, rather small but awesome, not really looking for more than the current pet.

***Please note, $675 is what the room is at right now, i don't think our rent will be raised, since we are going to be signing a new lease very soon, i just want to warn you, it may go up to $700 for that room.
