•	Provide day-to-day administrative support to department head and executive administrator. •	Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents. <br>

•	Create and maintain databases and spreadsheet files. Assist other departments with project flow and follow through of contract administration. <br>
•	Act as custodian of corporate documents and records. Prepare records of minutes, resolutions, notices for corporate meetings, share certificates, etc. Organize and update corporate books for multiple entities.<br>
•	Act as custodian of corporate policies, rules, procedures and forms. Maintain control of latest document versions.<br>
•	Track and update corporate registration filings and business license renewal records for multiple entities in coordination with Finance/Accounting department. <br>
•	 Process legal invoices and create monthly departmental accounting reports for distribution.  Prepare   annual budget projection.<br>

      QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<br>
•	Good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation. Familiarity with corporate and legal office practices, procedures and documents. Proven ability to compose memos, legal correspondence and other legal or professional documents. <br>
•	60+ WPM with high accuracy.<br>
•	Advanced computer skills, including all MS Office (Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook). Adept at using more advanced word processing features such as customizing tables, working with formatting, and using mail merge. <br>
•	Superb phone skills. Efficiently screen client calls and convey accurate message correspondence.<br>
•	Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.  Dedicated to exceeding quality work standards. <br>
•	Superior organizational skills. <br>
•	Manage time effectively and work with little direction or supervision. Ability to use work plans to prioritize competing and interdependent tasks. Capable of  meeting aggressive deadlines. <br>
•	Effectively maintain appointment schedules. Ability to plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel.<br>
