6. Interact with the host company Ingeniux when technical assistance is needed.
7. Work on special projects such as the formatting of pages for new programs, construction of new design elements (flash, rotators, etc.), setting up streaming content, etc.

Extensive experience with Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver or other web design software required; also experienced with InDesign and Microsoft Office applications
Comprehensive understanding of current web technologies (CSS, HTML, Java, ajax, etc.) and ability to design within the constraints
Excellent ability to comprehend conceptual information and translate into a visual format
Ability to clearly articulate directions, information and explanation of design
Strong understanding of marketing and business issues, aptitude for numbers and analytical skills
Dependable, self-motivator who can work with minimal supervision
Detail oriented, organized and patient; maintains a positive attitude and can work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to shift focus or change direction quickly and seamlessly
Professional communication skills; speak and write to clients/colleagues in a clear and organized manner
Excellent time management skills; ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
