This might be a long shot, but I need a place for a few months to do some repair work on my classic car. It has had some issues and I have neglected it too long, and my apartment complex will not allow me to do much to it in the parking area. I don't have much money to spend on a space, but I am very mechanically inclined and know how to do most kind of general home repair and remodel. So maybe you have some projects that you need some help on, because you know you always need that second set of hands, maybe you are trying to restore a car of your own, whatever the case may be, I'm willing to help out in exchange for enough space to tear off parts of my car, and either repair them or replace them. I'm a 28 year old female, currently working full-time and looking for someone about the same age, in the same situation. Originally from LA and recently relocated from San Francisco (graduated from UC Berkeley and worked out there for a few years) to be closer to family and look into the job market down south (which worked out!).

Few things about me: I'm the youngest of 8 kids so I'm pretty good at sharing space and getting along with different personalities. I lived in Spain for 8 months, fluent in Spanish and dig artsy, creative things, music and enjoy going out on the weekends, when the work week hasn't been too crazy. Enjoy being home during the weekdays and good about giving space to someone who wants to do their own thing. I've got a bubbly, sassy and slightly sarcastic personality and love to laugh and joke around so my sense of humor is good. I'm open-minded and a good communicator so alternative lifestyles are alright by me as long as they are respectful of mine. Non-smoker, social drinker and 420 friendly but only occasionally. Anything beyond that, I'm not into or don't want to be a part of -- no judgment though - do you ;)

Things about you (ideally): Young professional, female preferred and open to having a roommate who can be a friend too. You have a room to rent with just you or with 1-2 other people anywhere between Irvine to Cerritos area by the 5 or 405 fwy with an exception for Long Beach (which is close to the 405). You like having a tidy place but not super anal where you're afraid of germ warfare if I cleaned the bathroom :) You can talk things out if there is an issue since you aren't a fan of being passive aggressive. You want to live with someone who can pay the rent on time and doesn't bring the party home. You either don't or do have a significant other who comes by and hangs out but isn't a "phantom roommate" situation.

My name is crystal. I live with my husband, my son, and my two (pit mix) dogs. we are soon going to be looking for a new place because we are expecting a baby. So, like any normal person I'm looking sooner than later for our new home....However I'm becoming discuraged. It seems no one excepts dogs unless they are like 2 lbs!!?? I am a huge dog person and wouldn't give them up for the world, and its not like they are puppies and being potty trained so why the "NO PETS" everywhere??? Hello,

I've gotten a new job in the anaheim area and i'll be moving there probably as soon as i sell my house in texas. I am a 25 swm engineer, that works in the oil patch. I will most likely be working a rotation overseas 3 x 3, so i won't be around much. I do have a dog that i'd like to be able to keep, he's a basset and house trained, he gets along good with other animals as long as they don't mind playing. He's lived with some cats that don't like him much, so the cats just lived (hid) upstairs, however he's done good will all dogs that he's stayed with.

I'd like to get a large room (15x15) at a minimum, since i have alot of stuff. A private bath isn't required. I would like some space in the garage for a motorcycle and other guy stuff, tools, etc. if possible. I'll working near the intersection of 91 and 55 and i'd like to find a plce somewhere between the coast and work. A place right by the beach would be pretty cool. Rent is negotiable, i don't know what I can get for what price, because my 2300 sq ft house in texas would probably trade for a 500 sq apt in ca. I guess somewhere between $500-1500 is my range?

I've lived with girls the past 2 years and that's worked out pretty well, but living with a guys aren't an issue either. I consider myself rather clean and i clean up after myself as far as dishes/vacuuming and whatever else is concerned.

I'm a social drinker and smoke on occasion outside (mostly cigars) I'm looking for someone that is relaxed and laid back that is similar in age and interests. I'd consider myself quite handy as far as house keeping is concerned. I can cook as well. I like tv shows like the office, a little bit of UFC, rob and big/fantasy factory, and prolly anything else.

I enjoy MANY things, sports, outdoors, skiing, the beach, but i don't know what all the area has to offer, probably everything i'd imagine. Mainly, i just enjoy having fun and making people laugh.
