I have a list of business cases listed in Excel. With columns I need to weight each case based on critical need (High,Med,Low) to determine estimate effort for a project. I need automated

The person must be able to build macros in Excel and have knowledge how to link Excel and MS Project. Must be able to complete project in reasonable time and allow testing time for final project.
There's a left-column with text-based div blocks. I need for a graphic to 'slide' behind it (follow the mouse) and have a div class change on 'select'. This will load a video in the right-hand column as well as some content below it. I'd prefer to have it done ala 'coda-slider' but with multiple videos I'm not exactly sure how that would work. And finally, the content that loads under the video will have 'next' / 'previous' links that will cycle through the left-hand links so this needs to be worked in as well.

Not super-concerned with your per-hour rate as it's a one-page project, the css is VERY complete and the page is done, so you're literally only responsible for the javascript interactions. Another system we need written is a customer pie pre order system that will be able to print reports and store information in a database. The user will be entering a quantity and type of item along with the customer’s basic information. Items such as pickup time, email, phone number, name etc. This will be used on store basis so the user needs to log in with a unique ID. After the user enters the number and type of item ordered it should send an email to the customer with the amount and date. It should also tally up the amount and print it for the store and customer. Next it should have an admin screen that will print out a list and amount for all users at a destitution warehouse. All of this needs to be searchable and editable. A list form needs to be displayed on the front of what’s happing that day.
The contracted programmer must possess strong php/mysql/html skills.

E-commerce website needs revision. The project is laid out in a detailed 41page document that is bullet pointed on the details of the build. The prospective programmer is to make changes according to the build manuscript. Progress on the build will be determined by the number of bullet points completed and how accurate each point was completed. Weekly follow up e-mails on which points were completed will be required. What is FourSquare?A new social media hybrid that is growing quickly among the movers and shakers of the web world. We'd like to write daily "choose your own adventure" legal scenarios. We would create a legal hypothetical situation. The reader would click on a radio button to take an action. Choosing a particular action leads to another question. After 3-5 questions, the story would end. The design might be similar to a poll or survey?
The idea is that it would be another page of our website, like the "contact us" or "q & a" pages. However, the information would be dynamic instead of static. Also, we'd like to archive the prior "legal misadventure" stories, so that new readers who find our website later can have fun choosing their own (doomed!) legal destinies.
We're using WordPress, with a ComicPress theme. There are a few things we'd like to add to the site that aren't immediately customizable through WordPress: a "e-mail this comic to a friend" link, a "wall" for readers to post general comments, and an input box that allows readers to e-mail us directly from the website.
