This is a very modern, spacious and artistic unit. We loved living here because it's so beautiful. Moreover, we have a lot of fun things around here. Farmer's market is held every Thursday right in front of the apartments. The museo museum and public library are around. The maintenance team is excellent. We always got served the same day or the next day. On the first floor of this apartment, there are convenient stores such as a sandwich place, juice it up, yogurt shop, and fedex. There are more to come! Only one unit (one bedroom) is available now on this property. This particular unit in the picture is not on the market yet, so first come first served. GAS and WATER are paid. (Big Plus!! They are included in the rent). WASHER/DRYER COMBO is in the Unit. (Very convenient! and again, the water is free!)

Things you might wanna know:
If you own one car, the parking is free. But if you need another parking spot, the fee is $75. This is called one-bedroom loft because it is a size of a oned bedroom unit. However, it does not have a "room" per se. A huge closet and shelves are built in, and this divides the living room space and the bedroom space. If you come take a look, you'll see what I mean (and you can look at the photo below to get a little idea). when we need more privacy, we use our room dividers. However, we prefer not to use it usually because it's more convenient not to. =)
